Who We Work With

It’s always best to ensure you find the right accountant – we know we won’t be the best fit for all businesses.

• You will have been in business for at least a couple of years and have ambitions to grow, with sales income of over £100,000
• You are happy to pay for a greater level of service, with a minimum investment of £250 per month for your regular accountancy services.
• We work best as your virtual finance department, giving you piece of mind and more time to concentrate on your business (typical monthly fees for this service start at £750 per month)
• You use online bookkeeping software – most of our clients use Zoho Books or Quickbooks (we do not work with clients who do not use accounting software).
• You know the importance of reliable, regular and timely accounts and treat our requests and schedules seriously, you won’t provide information to us at the very last minute or not respond to our requests
• You are a service based business – examples are website designers, architects, software consultants, training providers, recruitment consultants
